Refund and exchange:
If you are not satisfied with the item you received, we offer you the following options:
- you can exchange the item for another one, or it can be repaired
- you can be refunded
- or we can not accept the item back
Here are the options:
- Please send your email about the problem you have to the following address:
email@example.com where you explain the fault.
- In your email please mention whether you need a refund, exchange, or repair under the manufacturer's warranty. Remember to provide your order number in the email.
- We will send you an email with a return code. The package you send to us should have this code enclosed. The item you want refunded, exchanged or repaired should be sent to the address we will provide you with.
• Include all the links which come with your watches, if it has any of them. Otherwise, your watch is unlikely to be accepted and exchanged.
• If you want to be refunded the watch must be with no defects, damages and in the same condition you received them from us.
You should remember, that intentional damage or any other kind of damage caused while delivering or wearing it (except the manufacture’s one) is not to be covered. Our special quality division tests every returned device and determines the defect’s character.
That is why in order to avoid damages you should handle your watch rather carefully. Make sure that the crown is well-screwed and water doesn’t get inside your watch. Do not press the stem too hardly. Any of defects caused by these reasons will not be covered by our company.
We can eliminate most of producer’s defects. If not, we will send you a new sample of the same model.
- If there is no similar sample in our stock, we can offer another item of the same price. If you choose a model priceв higher, you will have to enclose money order for the price difference.
- If the price of it is less than original one, we will refund the deference. Moreover, if you want to exchange the item, we will pay you back the shipping charge.
- As for refunds, there is a 10$ re-stocking fee the customer should cover.
In case your purchase was lost, please wait for 30 days.
During this waiting period we will track the package way. If the package is not found, you will be refunded.
Note: You will have to cover all extra-charges.
Remember, that our company is not able to foresee all the details of shipment and delivering. That is why you might be asked for additional duty charges. These charges are not indicated in our policy because they depend on country where the package arrives.
When you receive your package, adult signature is required. If there are no adults to receive the parcel, the courier will leave the message for you that it was delivered to the nearest post office.
